The Third Line Project - August 14

But the end of every biography is death. The end of a city is also death, the end of life.
A city that is not dead is a vibrant, living organism. Sounds of people, nature all around. Visions of life - people, animals, plants
Colors, sounds and smells
A death of a city is slow
Piece by piece it goes away. One neighborhood here, another over there
Public servies dwindle, people's safety is compromised
Businesses close, crime rises, populations drop
Until one day the city is dead….it lies vacant and lifeless
waiting for it's resurrection
